How we keep these current
Census tables are refreshed when the next ACS 5-year release arrives each December. Social Security parameters are updated each October when SSA announces the following year’s figures. FEMA updates the National Risk Index roughly once a year. Each tool shows its data date under the title.
These tools are for orientation. They don’t replace your county assessor, your SSA statement, an insurance quote, or advice from a planner who knows your situation.
